At the Paris China-France 60th Anniversary, ten dragon-wrapped columns lined one of the main walkways. The exhibition ran 72 days across 30,000 sqm — 300,000+ visitors, no major downtime. That level of ceremonial pull is what organizers investing in Event Decorations plan for.
Ten columns rise six meters each. A red-gold dragon spirals up every shaft, its hand-painted scales catching light at different angles. The dragons face inward, so walking through feels like passing between two watching rows.
Blue-green cloud motifs cap each column and float between them. Silk diffuses the LEDs into soft halos. Together these Chinese Lanterns read as a passage, not a row of posts.
Height scales 2 m to 10 m. Column count adjusts from 6 to 20, spacing tuned to the corridor width. Color shifts between red-gold dragons with blue-green clouds, dark gold with red accents, or silver-white clouds with cyan details.
Galvanized steel frames carry 8-level wind resistance. Each column stands independently — no structural reliance on neighbors. Iron wire shapes the dragon curves, scale arcs, and cloud contours at sub-centimeter tolerance. Welded joints meet DB51/T 2939-2022, holding at least 50% of rated tensile strength.
IP67-rated LEDs hold through rain. Columns ship as separate modules; a small crew installs them sequentially along a pre-marked pathway.
