Inflatable snowmen and string lights look the same everywhere. A character-driven installation from Event Decorations creates a scene people step into rather than walk past — a frozen narrative moment that invites interaction and photo-taking. This cartoon elves and tree lighting set captures two elves mid-task beside a decorated tree, with cartoon proportions and hand-painted expressions giving each figure a distinct personality that resonates with visitors of all ages.
This cartoon elves and tree lighting set, crafted as a custom Lighting Attractions piece, brings a festive narrative to life. A male elf reaches up to hang an ornament on the tree, while a female elf carries a gift — a frozen moment that tells a story. Handcrafted with red, green, and purple silk, the set features hand-painted facial details visible from multiple angles. The Christmas tree is integrated with a warm LED glow, creating depth and warmth that flat props cannot replicate. At 2 meters in height for the tree and 0.8 meters for each elf (customizable from 1 to 5 meters), the set anchors holiday displays without overwhelming them.
Scale the set from a compact 0.6-meter elf and 1-meter tree version for tabletop displays, up to a 5-meter tree height as a park landmark. Adjust color palettes to match your theme — warm gold, ice-white, or your brand tones replace the default red-green-purple scheme. Character expressions and poses can be modified to suit your narrative. Individual modules can be rearranged to suit different venue footprints without additional engineering.
Each elf and tree component is handcrafted using traditional Zigong lantern-making techniques — welded galvanized steel frame, silk or fabric covering, and hand-painted detailing — combined with energy-efficient LED cold light sources (110/220V AC, 100-150W per set). The IP65-rated LED system operates reliably in rain and snow. Modular construction enables efficient shipping and fast on-site assembly without heavy equipment — the three modules (male elf, female elf, tree) ship separately and assemble in under an hour. Electrical components adapt to local voltage standards, with full certification documentation provided for venue compliance.
This installation is well-suited for shopping mall atrium displays, holiday festivals and winter celebrations, corporate holiday party photo backdrops, parade floats, and outdoor festive event decorations.

2-year steel frame warranty with lifetime maintenance advice
Our warranty is structured by component: Steel frames: 2-year structural warranty covering material defects and weld integrity. Fabric coverings: 6-month warranty against material defects. LED systems: 6-month warranty on drivers and components, with 2-year structural warranty on housings. All repairs are handled at our workshop, not on-site, to ensure quality standards. We provide lifetime maintenance advice and support beyond the warranty period.
We pre-test every component before shipping — 2-hour full-system burn-in testing for LEDs and IP65 waterproof verification. If damage occurs during transit, shipping insurance covers replacement or repair costs. For on-site malfunctions, our technical team provides remote troubleshooting within 2 hours. Critical spare parts (LED drivers, controllers, connectors) are included with every shipment for immediate on-site replacement. The Hong Kong project ran 32 days with zero downtime.
Zigong lanterns are a recognized Chinese intangible cultural heritage. Each piece uses handcrafted steel frames, hand-painted silk coverings, and precisely integrated LED lighting. Unlike factory-produced decorations, every installation is bespoke — the silhouette, color palette, and scale are built around your specific venue and theme. The Space Center Houston project, for example, combined this 1,500-year-old craft with real-time facial recognition technology.
Permanent installations require quarterly inspections: LED function check, connector integrity, fabric condition, and structural fastener torque. Annual maintenance includes LED driver testing, fabric cleaning/repair, and galvanized coating inspection for corrosion. The Paris exhibition, for example, maintained a 6-person crew for the full 72-day run through multiple seasonal conditions — Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, and Lantern Festival — with continuous public exposure and no visible deterioration.
Yes. Our projects span over 40 countries — including Montreal‘s lantern festivals, zoo installations in Europe, shopping mall campaigns across the Middle East (Kuwait’s first-ever lantern carnival drew 300,000 visitors), and diplomatic anniversary exhibitions in Paris (72-day run, 300,000+ visitors).
