Dreamworld had a clear goal: create a Halloween experience that felt genuinely different. Not just scary, but visually striking. Not just decorated, but immersive. The kind of experience visitors would photograph and share—generating organic promotion that no ad budget could replicate.

The timeline was tight — Dreamworld had roughly 6 weeks from design approval to delivery. With four large-scale pieces to fabricate and ship from Zigong, China to the Gold Coast, every day counted. We solved it by using modular construction: each piece was built in sections that could be worked on in parallel across two workshop teams, then disassembled for shipping and reassembled on-site.
